Utilities Macro Recorder
This allows the recording of a series of key strokes and/or mouse movements which can be replayed later, either by a Hot Key combination (ALT+F1, ALT+F2 etc), or by selecting it from the Utilities menu.
This is very useful for frequently-used sequences of commands - one of those illustrated below is used with multiply-selected messages in the Spam folder, to tell the spam-trapping system to learn them as spam, then mark them as seen.
Macros created by a MailCOPA user are available to that user, wherever that user connects from and whatever the Windows User is logged in. This includes the Hot Keys, but not the toolbar configuration. See Toolbars for more information.
NOTE that you may create as many macros as you wish, but only 12 can be in use at any time. The chosen 12 will be displayed on the Configuration Utilities Macro Recorder menu, and can have Hot Keys configured for them. Activate or Deactivate macros to keep within a total of 12 active macros - any beyond this will be ignored.
